Povestea noastră Povestea noastră a început cu visul fondatoarelor noastre Elisabeta și Mihaela de a oferi orasului Grays, cel mai mare oras din Essex o experiență de luat masa revoluționară, cu propria lor amprentă românească. Elisabeta și Mihaela au început această călătorie cu dragoste pentru ingrediente proaspete, rețete tradiționale și angajamentul de a crea amintiri și legături cu preparatele lor. În Bucătărie Abordarea noastră cu privire la gătit are rădăcinile în tehnici tradiționale mediteraneene, folosind cele mai proaspete ingrediente și rețete autentice pentru a crea mâncăruri care trezesc papilele gustative și te transportă pe țărmurile Marii Mediterane.
